ZecHub Core Team updates, Bounty Program contributions and DAO proposals from the Last 2 Weeks

🛠️ Team & Project Updates
The team discussed recent KPIs and DAO proposals. Only one proposal was approved, adding a new member from the Korea community.
Collaboration with the Penumbra team is ongoing, focusing on community pool funding and protocol integration.
🌐 Recent Content & Community Engagement
New videos about ZCG were produced by Tecnopappapi, and posters were published for community calls.
The dashboard now displays block fees and features a halving meter and lockbox chart, thanks to contributions from various community members.
The team is resuming activity on Reddit and preparing to release a new video from Z | ECC Summit.
🛡️ Platform & Dashboard Enhancements
The dashboard now includes total supply data, following a request from the Monero community.
ZECPublish platform updates: the sharing feature is now operational, and the E Spanish community has made a post.
🗳️ Proposals & Feedback
A new proposal was received for a ZNodes Explorer by SafeguardLabs. The team discussed the need for better feedback mechanisms for grant applicants, as current processes lack detailed responses.
📝 Ongoing & Upcoming Tasks
Posters and educational materials are being created for global light wallet servers and shielded swaps.
A video tutorial on Native Swap is in progress, and a Wiki page for “My First Zcash” is coming soon.
The team is preparing for an interview with Unstoppable Wallet and a Crosslink Workshop by ShieldedLabs.
👥 Community Q&A & Ambassador Program
The Ambassador program is open, with new ambassadors starting through ZecHub DAO and moving to longer-term roles.
Community members are encouraged to get involved, especially by joining regional teams or contributing to proposals.
⚙️ Technical Updates
The DAO page has been updated with improved design and new features for member communication.
🗣️ Open Discussion & Social Initiatives
Suggestions for refreshing banners and adding Christmas themes to social media were discussed.
Ideas for community events include games like Monopoly, Scrabble, and Karaoke.
